Courtney's Job Fair

Happy Easter for those who are celebrating! It's that time of the year when communities have job fairs often, so I figured I would have my own! Unlike most of the companies you'll apply to in-person, I will actually contact you back though! Here's what I'm looking for:

Our team of contributors has grown significantly over the last year and I'm always on the look out for new talent. If you make caps (or WANT to make caps) in the same theme of this blog and would like to contribute here is your chance! My only rules are they have to be mostly clean and not suck!

 There's a MAJOR project I'm working on right now and need some legal advice!

There are a few things I want to do with this website that are out of my CAPabilities. I would like someone experienced in Blogger AND Wordpress to help with this.

What job fair wouldn't be complete without asking for interns that will work for free and never have the chance of advancement? Basically, I'm putting this up as a mentorship program for anyone interested in the contributor position. This blog has helped launch the "careers" of people such as Mikayla.

Summer Camp For Boys

A little history (and future) about this "cap". The plot of a summer camp for boys to be transformed into girls has been done before, but I had the idea a little while ago to do a parody brochure about it. I wanted to do something special for this, so I've been working with my "skills" in InDesign & Photoshop as this piece of art was a combination of both. Special thanks to Alexis (for Photoshop advice!), Amy, and wx2wx2 for proofreading/viewing!

This should be an indicator of where I want to go with captions. More artistic designs that have a lot of detail. Please comment and let me know what you think. Zoom in to appreciate the full detail!

The Hit Girl Movie Review

I was excited when I received The Hit Girl by Three Degrees Off Center Produtions. This is the same company that released Identity Theft and The Wand of Change Youtube Series. I was really happy to see this company release another movie with a transformation based plot and they really out did themselves on this one.

The plot is about a hit man who is magically transformed into a teenage girl while on an assignment. He is assisted by his niece, who helps conceal his identity to others while also trying to help change him back.

This is a low-budget independent release, so don't except transformation scenes that are equivalent to the ones in Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde. If you want to see those kind, go buy Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde on VHS. I'm pretty sure you can find it at a flea market this weekend.

Speaking of budget, there's a scene in the film where a few characters are eating pizza directly off of a table at dinner because there are no plates. Would it have really killed someone (no pun intended) to send a production assistant to Dollar General to get some paper plates?!

That being said, there are some good scenes featuring how a grown man adapts to having to live as a teenage girl. If you are a horror film fanatic and/or are into geek culture, there's also some good dialogue exchange that's pretty funny.

The acting, cinematography, and editing of this movie is extremely good for a movie of its level. Much better than that cheesy adult baby video I forced Claire to watch a few weeks ago!

Here's a list of things I learned from watching this film:
1. A blanket is a perfectly acceptable way hide illegal firearms and weapons in a car
2. Strip clubs are playing less Hip-Hop & EDM and are now focusing on Punk Rock music
3. If you are given a make-over at a slumber party, you'll sleep in whatever dress they put you in

In the audio commentary, it's mentioned that they had the idea for this 20 years ago, so I compliment them for making this happen after so long!

I'm hoping to see more gender transformation based movies from this company in the near feature. Especially if they hire Courtney Captisa as a screenwriter for the next production!

Pretty Sure & Announcements

Found this model and had to cap it. In case you haven't noticed, I haven't been making as much art lately. This is because of a few reasons:

1. I've been busy
2. I've lost a little interest in gender transformation lately (don't worry, I'm a lifer and not a quitter!)
3. Summer is coming up and I plan to spend a lot of time outdoors!

I'm going to rely on my contributors for actual caps. I have a few cool articles coming and have been wanting to experiment with more artistic designs. So when I do post, they will be big!

First Night Out

Sorry about my absence for the past little while everyone, but school hit me hard over the last little while. Now that I've got some sanity back I plan on capping a bit more, but I'm not going to be quite as active as I was. School is still my main focus right now.

Blushing Bride
