Jazz Jennings finally about to have the surgery! Hard to believe I first heard of her when news broke of her living as a girl at 5 years old! Time flies!
I'm so happy Jazz is going to fulfil her dream :) Feels like yesterday when I heard about her for the first time. Back then she was the sweet little girl who loved mermaids :D Now just look at her growing into a beautiful young woman
