2012 Best & WORST of TG Fiction

Some of you may recall last year's post about what I considered the Best & WORST. This year I decided to do something different and asked other well-known authors and caption artists their thoughts on who should "win" in different categories of TG Fiction/Gender Transformation from any source.

I was going to do a massive survey but ran out of time (hopefully I'll have this shit more organized by next year) so I'm just going to post the nominees from each category and leave it up to YOU to decide on your favorite! So here we go:

Worst Categories

I was considering not putting in "Worst" categories since most of the people I gave a ballot to didn't nominate anyone and said it was a little negative so I should drop it. That's why I didn't list them under every category. However, since there have been a few things on my mind about "WORST" this year and I'm a bitch...here are my nominees.

Worst Blog

Being Andrissa***- If you've visited this blog, you know why.
Castration Captions- In all fairness, if this caption artist does a Best/Worst Of. I'll probably make their list for worst blog.

Worst Story

"Baby Tiffany" by Betty Noone*- It's not the worst in terms of grammar, however in all my years of reading TG Fiction this was the first story that actually made me cry.

The story deals with age regression, but takes it to the extreme. I'm almost certain the author mistook this TG Story as the script for Saw VII! One scene was so graphic it made me throw up in my mouth a bit. Yuck.

The End of Courtney's Clean Caps

From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank everyone for supporting this blog and the gender transformation community! It's been a very productive year for this blog and I NEVER imagined that this would become as popular as it has proven to be. That being said, with a New Year comes New Changes.

The break I've taken from capping in the last few weeks has helped clear my mind a little and I've been very productive in other projects in my life.

Sorry for being a bitch, but I put the title up just as a scare tactic! By the "End of Courtney's Clean Caps" I mean it may be the end of that NAME! That's right, I'm looking for a new name for the blog and will continue making caps in 2013.

I started capping because I was unhappy with the amount of clean captions I was finding online. Since starting this, I have meet some great collaborators and other contributors to this blog..so it's not really "my" blog anymore, it's OUR blog. That and I've been wanting to experiment with some more CLEAN ADULT Captions and expand the blog to include full length stories.

This blog has been the "career" launch pad for several new caption artists and I'm still looking for new contributors.

I am looking for new name suggestions. I will keep using Courtney's Clean Caps until a suitable replacement is found!

Courtney's Greatest Hits

The next few days will have a special "End of Year" wrap-up post. This year has been EXTREMELY busy for the blog. I'm so happy to have so many great friends, super fans, and loyal readers! I went back and looked at all the caps I've made this year and was so happy to share them! A lot of people view labels and categories on here, but I wanted to do a special "Greatest Hits" post that has all of them and talk about them a little.

This was one of the best wedding caps I think I've done. I just love reaction shots like this.

A lot of people told me the ending was forced on this one. But it's a fucking TG cap!

Before and Afters are always great. Especially when you are expecting a different result!

One of the best series I think I've done.

This one surprised me. It received NO comments when I posted it and was one of the first caps with nudity I've done! Maybe it's because they hated the 2nd part of the cap....

I love Daddy's Girl themes....especially when Daddy needs to punish her!

This one got a lot of great feedback. It's a perfect example of how a story really carries the cap.

Not much to say on this one. I just really liked it.

Claire woke me up by sending me a text at 3am EST from England saying her Christmas presents suck this year. Such a brat right? Well, I decided to do a cap about it. Hopefully next year will be more productive!

CHRISTMAS!...Is cancelled.

 

It's Christmas time..... for most of us and as you could have guessed there was supposed to be a Christmas/Holiday week. Sadly Courtney is not in the Christmas mood right now (humbug) So sadly Christmas is cancelled :O

Courtney had been going through a lot recently and is currently sadly living in a basement of someone's house (Don't worry...they have no idea). The bad thing is she doesn't even have a bed! She is forced to sleep on a sofa with unknown stains on it. Me and Courtney had planned on sending pressies to each other but instead I have decided to start a donation drive to get Miss Captisa her bed.This whole ordeal has affected her in more than one way ( how would you feel if you were to date a girl who feminized boys and went into her only to find her bed is a sofa!) Needless to say her sex life...sucks.

Courtney's Book Club December 2012: Assent Into Heaven by Sheila Anne Morgan

This month's story entry is about a boy who is forced to model wedding dresses!.Yes, that's basically it. The plot set-up is a little rushed and corny, but this is TG Fiction after all!

I did really like the feminization details and especially the part where he comes out to his family!
