I'm guessing boys dream just because there is a mystery with being the opposite sex. I'm sure everyone thinks about this at some point in their lives.
Personally, I'm into transformation in general. I do not like transformations into animals, robots, etc like some other blogs are but rather human to human. Male to Female or Female to Male is a pretty big transformation!
Thanks for the answer. Most girls that I know who I have discussed this with say they have no interest or desire in knowing what it would be like to have a penis. Yet guys seem to have an interest in wondering what it would be like to be a girl. Seems like more of a mystique in the female world? As a guy, I think it would be a wonderful experience to spend a year as a female!
A couple of my friends are t-men. I know more t-women but the t-men do exist. It's more difficult that way as phalloplasty is very difficult and doesn't tend to work well.
