it is probably an old trope, but there could be a young man that inherits a house from a distant relative. Everything is fully stocked and he decides to spend the night after driving a long way to see it. he was going to sell it, but comes to appreciate it and its out of the way feel. Then he finds the clothes. Each room, has everything in so many different fashions from gowns to cheer costumes.

Here's an idea. A popular college quarterback dating the top cheerleader - too cliche, right? Except that the cheerleader is a succubus of some kind, who feeds on masculinity rather than simply drawing from sexual energy. Can our hero break this relationship off before he is reunited with some of his former teammates on the cheerleading squad?
