Esto: means "it" or "that" or "this" when pointing to an object or a person in english
This Its better suited for that sentence:
Esta: Whichs means her
In Spanish it sounds a lot better the following sentence
This could be you! / ¡Esta podrías ser tu! ( usted is only used for a formal approach in Spain even when is largely used in latin americans countries :P )
